These two roof inspections were recent projects that we completed. The top video, we were asked by a commercial real estate firm to inspect one of its properties roofs located in Danville, KY. We flew the entire facility documenting damage, clogged drains, pooling of water as well as documenting the over all cleanliness of the property. The firm that owns this property is located in Wisconsin so site monitoring with our company made it easy for their maintenance teams to decide what actions to take without visiting the site.

The bottom footage was of a local residential inspection. We were verifying the integrity of a roofing job done 5 years prior on this new home purchase. Thermal inspections verified the water tight integrity as well as shingle age. The white spots you are seeing are leaves.
This construction project we flew in July of 2025. The company was asking for progress updates on a build and this enabled them to verify that the project was, in this stage, currently on time according to schedule.

This was an inspection of residential power lines. The thermal images enabled maintenance crews to properly plan for repairs as well as mangers to prioritize maintenance issues within their grid for better energy distribution line maintenance and repair for homes owners.
In August we were asked by a landowner to map his property as his company began developing a retreat center for men. Drone mapping allowed him to begin planning facilities and activities, mainly land navigation, that would take place during retreats. Though we are not licensed surveyors, the owner wanted to understand his topography for his own planning purposes.
